These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the licence agreement for PayCore ERP; that is a separate signed document issued with each order.

This site is operated by Akontec Synergy Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India under CIN U70200WB2026PTC288824.

2. Use of the site

You may read, print and share pages from this site for your own evaluation. You may not republish our content as your own, scrape the site systematically, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the application at /login or to any customer installation.

3. Product information

Screens, figures and datasets shown on this site are illustrative and use fabricated demo data. They do not represent any real employee, institution or payroll. Features and prices described here are indicative; the scope and price that bind us are those in a signed proposal.

4. Pricing

Prices shown are in Indian rupees and exclude applicable taxes. Infrastructure charges are quoted separately from the software licence. Quoted prices are valid for the period stated on the proposal.

5. Intellectual property

PayCore ERP, its source code, interface, documentation and this website are the property of Akontec Synergy Pvt Ltd. A customer licence grants the right to use the software; it does not transfer ownership of it.

6. Liability

The site is provided as is. We take reasonable care over its accuracy but do not warrant that it is free of errors. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chennai have exclusive jurisdiction.
