Akontec Synergy Pvt Ltd (“Akontec”, “we”) publishes this website to describe PayCore ERP, our payroll and establishment management software. This policy explains what we collect here and how we handle data inside a PayCore installation.

1. What this website collects

• Enquiry details you type into the demo request form: name, institution, email address, telephone number, approximate employee count and your message.
• Server logs generated automatically: IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and the time of the request. These are retained for a short period for security and troubleshooting.
• A single theme preference stored in your browser so the site remembers whether you chose light or dark. It is not sent to us and is not used to identify you.

We do not run advertising trackers or sell any data collected here.

2. How enquiry data is used

Solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a demonstration and, if you ask for one, prepare a proposal. We do not add you to a marketing list without your consent. Enquiries are retained for as long as the commercial conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards.

3. Data inside a PayCore installation

When PayCore is deployed for a customer, that customer is the data controller for all employee data held in the system. Akontec acts as a processor and only accesses that data when the customer asks us to, for support, migration or fault diagnosis. Where PayCore is installed on the customer's own server, we hold no copy of the data at all.

Installations include role-based access control, an append-only audit trail of every change, encrypted transport, and scheduled backups whose retention the customer sets.

4. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with service providers who host this website or our email, and where we are required to by law.

5. Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of the enquiry data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@akontec.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If your data sits inside a customer's PayCore installation, please raise the request with that organisation; we will assist them in fulfilling it.

6. Cookies

This site sets no cookies for analytics or advertising. The only browser storage used is the theme preference described above.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top always shows when it last changed.
