On your server, or on one we provision
PayCore runs as a web application on a standard Linux server behind your own domain. Users reach it in a browser; employees can also use the mobile apps. There is nothing to install on a desktop.
Institutions that are required to hold employee data inside their own network run it on-premises, and the backup schedule writes to storage you control. Everyone else uses a VPS we provision, harden and maintain.

Is the PayCore ERP licence a subscription or a one-time payment?
It is a one-time licence of ₹1,50,000 covering the administrator panel, the employee self-service portal and the Android and iOS apps, with six months of support and modifications included. There is no per-employee or per-month charge during that period.
Are the domain and server included in the price?
No. They are quoted separately and honestly: a 4-core, 8 GB VPS for twelve months is ₹17,988 plus taxes and a domain is ₹1,099 plus taxes. If you have your own domain and server — many institutions must — we deploy on yours and there is no infrastructure charge at all.
What is the payment schedule?
₹50,000 as an advance to start, and the balance ₹1,00,000 on delivery. Delivery is three working days, followed by four days of bug fixing and testing with your team.
What happens after the six months of support?
Support can be renewed annually. Nothing stops working if you do not renew — the licence is perpetual and the software is on your server.
Can the software be customised for our rules?
Most of what looks like customisation is configuration: rates, ceilings, formulas, report columns, approval chains and bill formats are all parameters. Genuine customisation — a new statutory return, an integration with your treasury or bank file format — is scoped separately and is included free during the first six months where it is reasonable in size.
